Carmen Catalina RUSU, PhD

Her research interest revolves around mechatronics and robotics, industrial engineering, welding engineering, IoT and industrial IoT, sensors and sensors systems, data acquisition, analysis and processing, quality management in industrial engineering. She is a member of the Robotics Society of Romania, Romanian Welding Society, and Romanian Society of Automotive Engineers. She has been working in research teams from more than 20 national and international projects and her contribution, as author or co-author, includes more than 50 articles published in the international peer-reviewed journals and proceedings of international conferences. She is involved in STEM education for more than 10 years, supporting inter or trans-disciplinary approaches and coordinating or participating in organizational and/or scientific committees of robotic competitions from Romania and abroad.
